Today it is the turn of Iowner to go down the flight.

Took both boats down the rest of the Audlum flight.
It does actually take quite a long time to process all those damsons which is why we have done less mving than usual.

Never the one to miss an opportunity we got another kilo od damson on the journey and six kilos of apples at Hack Green Lock. I sometimes wonder what other boaters make of our activities, but as most of the other boaters are on hire boats it would not be worth their wgile. The occasional live aboard boater that we come across will sometimes join in.

A good place to consolidate our position. Good travel links to almost everywhere once we have caught the but to either Crewe (via Nantwich) or Chester, so provisioning is easier thn it has been for a while.
