Spent the month cruising up and down the Oxford canal, mostly on the top pound where the nearest road access is four miles away, as isolated as it is possible to get on the system. We ended up in Banbury so my No. 2 could visit with her doctor, and so that I could get my second cataract done on the 13th February.
