Quite content to sit here and do a daily run into town for fresh fruit and vegetables. especially;;y as I can get a 5kg box of same for £1.5 from Lidl.

Back home, if anywhere can be called home. We seem to keep ending up here as it is convenient for shopping without being too busy with dog walkers who refuse to pick up after their pooches.

The canal is a bit like a motorway, if you pass a turning point there is no way back and you have to continue on to the next one, even if it is several miles and several locks away. Fortunately this one was not too far.

Turned around and back to beautiful scenery and bird of prey sightings..

Went up, turned round and came back, mostly so we could get a supermarket delivery at the bridge.

Hooray, Christmas dinner is now available courtesy of the supermarket delivery services.
