Purchased a new starter battery for Dennis at Kings Bromley Wharf as our battery struggling. Fitted it when we moored up for the night.

Engine stareted but then stopped again. Couldn't get it to run continuously. Called out RCR who found that the fuel tap was not properly open causing little bubbles of air due to cavitation. Opened it properly, bled the system and the engine was just fine (sometimes I feel a right idiot).
Purhased rwo bags of coal at Streethay Wharf.
