Shopping in Wakefield again, I like Wakefield. Fitted trim to worktops either side of new cooker.

Thur 4th July 2019

Day out in Scarborough. Took the train from Wakefield to Leeds at a cost of £6.00 return and then the bus (843) from Leeds to Scarborough with the bus pass. The bus had a couple of facing seats either side of a table like trains do.

Dining seats on a bus. And we are in them.

Mon 29th July 2019

We had one more day to use up on our 4 out of 8 train ticket and the only place that we can get to today that is not raining is Blackpool. Neither my No. 2 nor I have ever been there and we both felt that it is rather commercialised and not really to our taste but we both thoroughly enjoyed the day. Went on a Blackpool Tram, looked at Blackpool Tower, had fish and chips on the prom, did all the Blackpool things that we could think of.
