my No 2 wanted to collect wood that she had spotted, got 2 big logs, dropped one piece in the canal, had to enlist the aid of two passing cyclists to get it out again.

Shopping in Marple after cutting up the two logs. New chain saw blade really good.

14th Cut up the rest of the wood, loaded it onto Olive. Tidied up the rest. Cleared the top of Almyne and washed the tow path side of the roof.

Moved Olive to bridge 5 dropping my No 2 off on the way so she could go to the launderette. Walked back for Almyne and picked my No 2 up on the way to bridge 5 with Almyne.
